In order to set up SnapChat integration go to SettingsIntegrations → SnapChat within your Contact Cloud account.

Click → Settings

In a new web browser tab go to business.snapchat.com

  • Sign-in with your SnapChat using your user credentials

  • After you’ve signed into SnapChat go to the Business Settings → Business Details

  • Click the → + OAuth App

  • Once complete that will create your OAuth ID (Snap Client ID)

  • Copy your → Snap Client ID

  • Past that into the Contact Cloud Snapchat integration page → Client

  • Next in Snapchat copy the → Client Secret Code

  • Past that into the Contact Cloud Snapchat integration page → Secret Code

  • Lastly on the Snapchat Business page copy the → Organization ID

  • Past the Snapchat Organization ID into Contact Cloud Snapchat integration page → Organization

  • Select → Connect to Snapchat

  • Next you will connect to Snapchat and select → Continue

  • Next within the Contact Cloud Snapchat integration page select drop down menu called → Use an Existing Organization (This allows you to select the account you wish to connect)

  • Click → Link Account to Organization

  • Once complete verify your Organization Name, ID and then verify that you’ve connected to the right account. Select → Save Settings

  • Contact Cloud Tip:

  • Once complete check to make sure the Ad, Creative, and Tracking Number are correct for the campaign

  • For every new campaign click → Refresh to reload all the ads

  • Now if you go back to the call log you will be able to see any calls with a particular tracking number

  • Once you are in the call log scroll down to Snapchat This will give you all the advertising data SnapChat provides Add NameStatusAd TypeCreative NameCreative Type – Call to text nowCreative Headline Brand NameMessagingCreative Media Preview – Allows you to see where the user entered and provides contexts to why the caller is getting in touch with you

  • To set up a tracking number go into your Snapchat Ad Manager

  • Select Create Instant Ad or Advance Ad

  • Select → Call My Business or Text My Business

  • From here you can either select an existing number or add a number

For New Numbers

  • Enter the new tracking number you want to use and select → Text To Verify

  • After Text To Verify is selected go to Contact Cloud Text log and find the Text Message

  • Copy and Past the security code back in Snapchat Ad Manager portal

  • Click next and select your Ad campaign

For Existing Numbers

  • Select the tracking number you want to use and select → Text To Verify

  • After Text To Verify is selected go to Contact Cloud Text log and find the Text Message

  • Copy and Past the security code back in Snapchat Ad Manager portal

  • Click next and select your Ad campaign
