Presets are settings that have been previously configured by the Bipath Team so you don't need to worry about knowing, understanding or experimenting with logic for the most common settings. Essentially, they are Done-For-You settings that you can enable with a single click on a button.

Not all functions allow presents, however when you to create a new record within Contact Cloud and if utilizing presets is an option you will see the "Preset" button next to the record name.

The preset button looks like this

When you click on the down arrow within the preset button, it will reveal the list of already configured settings.

Here is an example from the notifications object

Once you have selected the desired preset, your activate page will become update with the presets settings.

Next, you will need to review the settings to determine if there are configuration or logic changes that need to be made regarding the selected preset.
